Embroidered and screen-printed apparel takes 10-12 business days. Please allow extra time for transit to your location from TN. PROMOTIONAL products have different production times; see the product details or contact us for the information.
If you have a set event date, please provide the date and product information so we can verify the delivery time.
Proofs are sent for all orders, including repeat orders. Production does not begin until approval has been received.
The minimum order for embroidery is 12 flat pieces. Flat pieces are shirts, polos, jackets, hoodies, vests etc. Order all of the same product, or you can order polos and jackets or other flat pieces to meet the 12 piece minimum.
We provide decoration services for all brands of apparel with any kind of embellishment.

Hats and beanies need to be ordered separately from flat pieces (polos, jackets, shirts) The minimum quantity is 12 hats and/or beanies. .
For SCREENPRINTED hats, order 12 or more of the same product number.

The minimum for screen printing is 12 of the same product. Screen-printed products need to be the same thickness and material so the ink lays down properly.
