Ordering Information for flat pieces, caps/hats, and embroidery and screen printing details.

Production time is 10-12 business days from proof approval. Proofs are sent within 24-48 hours.

All orders are custom-made. We order the apparel within 24 hours of getting your order. Most of the apparel arrives the next day. Some of the more expensive name-brand apparel (Peter Millar/Johnny’O/Helley Hansen for example) can take longer to ship to us, which will delay production. We will let you know if this is the case.

Production can take longer during peak holiday seasons.  

Embroidery minimums are 12 flat pieces OR 12 caps/hats/beanies.  
Screen Printing minimums are 12 identical flat pieces or 24 identical caps/hats.

For embroidery, there is a minimum order of 12 flat pieces or 12 caps/hats. For screen printing, the minimum is 12 identical flat pieces or 24 identical caps/hats.

  • For example, you can order a few polos, a couple of dress shirts, a jacket and a hoodie to get to 12 pieces.  All items in the order will be embroidered with the same color and size logo. 
  • Please enter the name of your logo and other details in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION box on the Billing Details page. We will digitize the logo for free or you can upload the embroidery file. 
  • Order any style or color of caps and hats on our site to get to the 12-piece minimum for embroidery.
  • Order 24 of the same cap/hat if screen printing.
  • A proof will be sent for approval before production can begin. 

Please email info@tennesseepromos.com for a quick quote if you need more than 72 flat pieces or hats. We will provide the best discount possible because large orders deserve significant savings!

For active customers with terms, click the INVOICE PAYMENT button at checkout and pay as usual. You don’t need to upload the logo if we have worked with your company before. For active customers with terms, click the INVOICE PAYMENT button during checkout and proceed with the payment as usual. 

Upload your logo or DST file. If you do not have a DST (embroidery file), we will gladly digitize your logo at no charge and send a proof for your review before production begins. We will email a copy of your new DST if requested.

Order Returns

Decorated apparel cannot be returned unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. Please call or email info@tennesseepromos.com if you have any issues with the order.
